Very limited scope of practice utilized- get used to saying the same thing sober and over about 20-25 times a day. Training was vague and obvious in monthly meetings and in slack channels where they repeated the same things over and over for new employees to the team. No way to monitor your metrics. I don’t know any of the other providers or team members at all, only management that I work under. Limited PTO.
