Pros

Work Life Balance is encouraged, management is very supportive and wants to assist in helping employees grow with the company, provides plenty of training and guidance on new programs. I have never had a position that has made me feel so excited to go to work everyday!

Pros

A lot of hard-working folks and good things happened for them in terms of growth opportunities (even some really unexpected moves within the org)

Cons

A few people were difficult to work with which could get a bit hostile at times. Most of them have left. Sometimes the relationship between the c-suite and the rest of the company was a bit tense, with both sides being at fault at times. Nothing though I haven't experienced elsewhere.

Pros

This is a good company overall. They are very organized and communication is good considering it remote. You can make your own schedule and feel very independent. No one micromanaging you.

Cons

It is a startup company, as such there are constant changes. The company is still figuring things out in term of what works best. It's difficult to meet your hours if you are a part time employee. A lot of appointment no-shows, which you will not get paid for (you will get paid for 15 min. of your time for no-shows). Very difficult to even get 15 hours a week because of this. Patients will lose interest after about 5-6 sessions and stop answering calls.
