      Pros

      The biggest pro is that we're actually changing lives. People who use Vida get healthier and we're doing this at scale. As we succeed and grow, we're also changing the industry. Specifically, we're shifting the industry toward preventive care, co-treatment for the mind and the body, and virtual care (so you don't have to go to a physical location).

      Cons

      As with any company this size, there's constant change. For some that's a con, for others that's energizing.

      Pros

      Vida is a mission-driven company along with talented & driven team that makes you feel that anything is possible The company is growing fast and seriously amazing place to work. Very positive workplace full of kind, talented, hardworking people. Lots of career opportunities and freedom, no micromanagement, supportive and accessible leadership, and relatively flat structure. The culture is the perfect balance of professional but fun. Everyone who works here is motivated to bring the company to new heights and it inspires me every day. Employee and customer-centric culture with genuine leaders who truly care about doing the right thing for customers and employees.

      Cons

      It's not necessarily a con, since this is a start-up environment, and you are working very closely with lot of stakeholders, sometimes it could be stressful. The work is challenging & demanding but worth it.

As with any successful startup, there are times when the workload is challenging. Please talk to your manager or the leadership team if it ever gets to be too stressful.
