The client population is very rewarding to work with and there is a lot to learn from those who need the most help, but have the least resources.

Cons

Extremely toxic management, as other reviews have stated. Hot-and-cold supervisors, unsupportive supervisors, supervisors that contradict themselves, and supervisors that gossip. There is no room for disabled workers here, that was made clear by HR. Pay rate is extremely low, but that is to be expected at a CSB. Work/life balance is impossible. Caseloads are extremely, unethically high and expectations of employees are even higher. Constantly found myself taking work home and staying late to finish work, or to accompany a crisis client while awaiting transport late into the evening. Turnover rates are SO high due to employees being overworked and underpaid.
