We are doing our best to keep our salaries as competitive as possible while staying within our budget that we are provided with our current reimbursement rates. Health Benefits are good.

Cons

You are overworked with little pay. They want clinicians to see 7-8 clients in a given day and expect you to conduct groups, answer emails, among other duties such as case management, etc. Sick time and vacation time is considered PTO. You receive 10 hours per month.
