Pros

Great work life balance, employees really enjoy, Flexible schedules, high customer touch point and over all an enjoyable place to work. Rarely have to take work home with you as when you are done for the day you can leave and enjoy the rest of your evening so you are ready to come back the next day.

Cons

Not a lot but maybe salary and benefits could be a bit more competitive.

good work/life balance most of the time. Lots of nice people work there. Nice location in Portland. Company is expanding and business is stable.

Cons

no recognition of good work. Terrible base pay. Yearly salary increases are about the same as a cost of living increase.
