It is a fairly Relaxed work environment, they provide good benefits, there are many employee programs, and some management is responsive to ideas.
Cons
Management often acts as though they listen, but then it is clear they were placating you. Pay is not consistent with skill, and the pay range is very broad. Low skilled developers, and lack of training opportunities.
