Pros

Big things happening, great team, meaningful mission. Engineering and product leadership is smart, authentic, committed. Lots of exciting opportunities for growth. Marketing and HR areas are maturing Flexible hours

Cons

How are we tracking for goals, bonus? Need a career ladder CTO not involved and doesn’t communicate with engineering/tech team Tech growing pains result in some long hours

The former coworkers I had worked with for many years before Village MD bought our old company.

The management is the most uncaring people in my 25 plus years of working in the medical field.
