Pros

Salary is higher than some other universities in the area, benefits are good but health insurance plans getting more costly every year, campus is beautiful, plenty of time off.

Cons

There is a very stagnant way of running things. "This is the way it's always been done" and they don't like suggestions of change. Veteran staff members are very cliquey to the point of being bullies and no one will do anything about it. There is very definite favoritism. A very secretive, untrusting environment.
