      A School Where Students Genuinely Care About The Employees

      Pros

      The employees here are treated pretty well. I think it is in part because of how highly Villanova Students admire the full time workers that make this place run. People always reach out and ask how things are going, and try to form actual connections with the people that work here.

      Cons

      Some of the managers on west campus are incredibly rude. They treat people like machines, not humans. It is particularly bad with the student workers. I think they fail to realize that these are people too, and more importantly, they are full time students so work can not always be their top priority.
