Pros

Company has an incredible mission and vision

Cons

I’ve never worked for an organization that over promised and undelivered to this extreme. The upfront delivery and initial training makes you believe you are in a supportive and growth minded environment. You will quickly learn you are in an assembly line, system of low quality patient care. It’s expected you move through hundreds of messages, tasks, phone calls, manage patient symptoms and do 80 hours of work load in 40 hours. This company runs its skilled employees into the ground

Unqualified leadership, high turnover

Pros

Remote work. Can easily get a job you’re not qualified for.

Cons

Leadership is hired or promoted without qualifications. Friends hiring friends and they play favorites. A lot of management doesn’t do any actual work just sits on zoom meetings and pretends. Coaches are overworked. No legitimate clinical trials. Reach out to former employees before interviewing. (Positive reviews are left by new employees while they’re training.)

Benefits are great, company culture is not

Pros

Working from home and benefits

Cons

Company culture over the past year has completely tanked. There are countless small teams that employees and managers do not hold their weight and are somehow able to fly under the radar without consequence. Associate managers are just overwhelmed, some teams are completely overworked and some I am convinced just have a fake job title and do not contribute. Upper management is blissfully unaware of so many issues across many teams. Bringing issues to management is a waste of breath. Our bonus structure is nonsensical and does not reward those going above and beyond their job description, it is random and even managers admit it is random. We’re so busy putting out fires that we can’t even focus on huge issues within our teams and the teams we work with.
