-Work load increasing without change in compensation -"unlimited pto" in name only/ strict limitations in practice - Complaints to HR never result in change - Concerns dismissed by leadership - Low promotion rate/career growth for underrepresented groups - CEO has great intentions but delegates to middle management that is dismissive and steamrolls employees then rewards these managers with more promotions.

Critically important mission for man kind, reasonable work life balance much of the time, generally speaking nice team mates

CTO who still, a year in to his tenure, does not understand the technology or business we are in, it is absolutely causing an unacceptable amount of wasted effort and general rudderless direction, rarely around, never engaged, always poorly spoken Most good people have left at this point, and remaining top talent is actively looking or clearly side hustling on company time
