Culture of loudest and person most willing to back-stab others is rewarded. People who do not self promote are ignored, irrespective of competency.

Amazing values-driven culture! Employees and teammates really care about each other and are willing to help each other in times of need.

Cons

As with any company/startup, you can hit some rough patches along the way. My personal opinion, for our company size, just over 100 employees, we lack a designated human resources team.

Unmanageable work load. Everyone is drowning and management does nothing about it. They say they care about the members and mission but give you so many members you cant even help. Someone is quitting weekly.
