Pros

-The work is deeply impactful and intrinsically rewarding. This is a job where you truly made a difference in people's lives, make the world a better place, and get to witness that on a daily basis. -Remote work is flexible. There's freedom to travel and adjust your schedule as needed for the most part. -The nature of remote work allows for a lot of autonomy. At the same time, it is balanced with daily opportunities for collaboration, team building and management check ins. This helps to unify the organization across multiple departments, and keeps us aligned. -You get to build long-term relationships with your members. -Fast-paced and varied every day. The job is far from monotonous. -Yes, the work is hard, and there is much to do. But the compensation is fair and fulfilling for both the wallet and the heart.

Cons

-Sometimes the rapid growth and constant change makes it difficult to master workflows. As a result, the process of mastery and developing efficiency is ironically inefficient. -The environment feels very clique-ish, and fraternization is palpable. As the coaching team grows, it's apparent that tenured employees (especially management) have their favorites among one another and seem disinterested or lost at how to interact with never talent. -The lack of diversity is shameful. Combined with fraternization, the homogenous "representation" in coaches and coach managers make this a lonely working environment for ethnic minorities.

Pros

Very Strong mission driven company. Heartfelt staff. The treatment is life-changing, and it's very gratifying to help people recover their health.

Cons

Constant change to seek sustainable operation as a company, this puts a lot of demand on the coaching team to serve an extensive patient panel. Also, the treatment is very difficult to implement for some people, and coaches are not given much bandwidth to help those who need more attention.
