      - cool mission, solving the diabetes crisis in America - good comp and benefits - non-management is friendly and helpful

      Cons

      - management was recently accused of sexual harassment by a former employee (and has kept it hush hush). This makes me think twice about executive leadership. - there's no women in senior management. another red flag. - office is tight

      Pros

      Extremely happy with our culture which is built around treating others as part of a team. So far I have been able to experience working on a variety of projects, become a contributing member of the design team, and help Virta continue towards its goal of reversing type 2 diabetes in 100 million people by 2025.

      Office space is a bit tight, but we're working on it!
