      - great vision and mission

      Cons

      - management does not have best interest of employees at heart, values are a joke - we're peddling a diet, essentially. There's no great tech here - whole company afloat off of CEO's personal story, which is getting old - team talks smack behind each others' backs - management is all dudes

      -Clear and dedicated mission to reverse type 2 diabetes in 100 million people by 2025 -High growth potential and attention to scaling in an effective way -Management values transparency and maintaining company culture -Fast-paced with environment with a purpose -Regular and valuable feedback -Performance based on scientific research and useable metrics -Great people who genuinely care about achieving (and surpassing) Virta's mission -Employees are given the freedom to grow their ideas and supported to achieve above and beyond expectations
