Pay is ok, but comparing to other trading firm it is pretty low..

Cons

The team is lazy, never finishes or gets back to you on time. No wonder good people are quitting. HR is not responsible at all. I have no idea what are they doing every day.

Nothing at All. The typical day starts at 7 AM and ends at 7:30 PM , NO breaks , Lunches on your work table and no work life balance. You are just following orders from above and put your head down. Dont even dare to put your head up , if you do next thing you know is you are gone. Only the Austin office workers are happy because everyone lives in 10 mins. drive from office. ll other offices are just working. Just one benefit, vacation number is 25 per year but No one dares to take vacations.

Cons

For hiring they went to top schools and Engineering Universities but all the New hires (I am one of them) they do is there for a good start salary .

- The company is run by a lawyer who can barely log onto a computer - As others have commented - it is a dying business and is just a trading firm with no real value add. - most of the team is deathly afraid of the senior leadership
