Pros

The Project teams are good. Interesting projects with top customers. There is really not anything else pro VIP to say.

Cons

CEO is a bully. Mean spirited and churns through senior management quickly. Not fit to lead an organization of this size. Many 1099 contractors, no training, irrational bench policy. Bonuses are debated every year.

Terribly Micro-Managed Ruthless Company

Pros

Long term contract at client site work and paycheck provided for a steady competitive income

Cons

No Pay Raises, Fails to consistently match 401K, EXCESSIVE Turnover of executive staff does not enable relationship building, continuity or process improvement. Performance evaluations are a joke, completely meaningless. People are not valued, their ability to generate revenue is the only thing that is valued. No room for growth in this company unless you are willing to sell your soul. If you speak your mind or make suggestions for improvement, you get black balled. If you are billable, you will maintain your job because you are revenue generating however, you will be disinvited to vital corporate meetings. If you are not billable...sayonara my friend you will be fired (for having a differing opinion). If you put in 70-80 hours a week you are considered a top-notch employee. If you prefer a balanced life...seek employment elsewhere...this is not a company that you will succeed in if you want to spend time with your family and friends.

Pros

There were great people, a great environment, collaboration, support and work life balance.

Cons

Very short term oriented. Very little to no opportunity for advancement, raises or substantive recognition.
