Pros

Benefit package. Company recruiter and HR staff very

Cons

Poor management, high turnover, cold work environment, no clear vision articulated to employees. Company is a revolving door; employees are hired and fired and let go at a fast pace. Employees also leave after short periods of employment. There was always a sense of fear among employees that they would be next. Drone-like work environment and very resistance to new ideas for fear of “push back” by senior leaders. The company seems to keeps blinders on about the problems it has and this review, like so many others in the past, will be followed by a planted review about how great the company is.

Pros

One of the only decent things about working for this company was the flexibility with time off and when emergencies came up.

Cons

Employees are terribly underpaid and the benefits are awful as compared to other companies in similar industries. Communication from all levels of management is severely lacking if you’re lucky to get any at all, performance evaluations, and raises are non-existent, and there is no room for career growth or promotion opportunities. The few entry level employees are alienated from management as "clicks" inter office "drama" and “favoritism” are highly encouraged. Members of management are unprofessional, and many are inexperienced and under qualified for the positions they hold.

Pros

The people, without a doubt, are some of the best I've had the pleasure of working with. I always felt like VIP was a second family to me and while I have moved on to pursue other opportunities, the company has left an indelible mark on me and I'm thankful for the chance I had to be a part of it.

Cons

Like every rapid growth company, there is a constant need to balance resources with the reality of what can be accomplished. It's an ongoing challenge but one that VIP is certainly addressing.
