Good people who want to make a difference. Opportunity to have a voice in what you do.

Cons

Continual reorganizations. Continual reminders from upper management that NA employees don't matter. Problems happen elsewhere globally and NA employees pay the price (such as salary taking a forced 1 week temporary layoff with half pay...but your work still has to get done). No training, few opportunities for growth.

Very poor about any decision making Constant fear of lay off No transparency on what is going on overall business direction Cost cutting at buying meal or coffee level
