      Pros

      Leadership is very involved and supportive. I work remotely and feel so involved with my coworkers. Everyone is hardworking and easy going. Remote staff is brought in quarterly, which helps with relationship building between everyone.

      Cons

      Really great company! Glad to be a part of VitalWare. Only con that I can think of would be that I hadn't started with the company sooner.

      Pros

      People here are encourage to think freely and share ideas, it's really a collaborative environment. The pay and benefits are competitive, not to mention the value you get from the experience of working for a company that's growing so quickly. It really is a nice place to work!

      Cons

      No glaring Cons. There a some mundane tasks in my job but that's the nature of the position, not the company.
