      The CDM software is halfway decent

      Cons

      The manner in which CDM reviews/Charge Capture audits are conducted belong in the dinosaur age. Also, clients do not get a full demo, but reduced to a series of slides, my goodness!

      I feel like part of a large family. Everyone is super friendly and so helpful. Relaxed work atmosphere. I have never worked for a company that cares about each other like this. So refreshing.

      Pros

      Very family oriented company. You very much feel a part of the team as soon as you start. Remote employees are kept in the loop and never feel left out.

      Cons

      The only negative is that the work can get kind of boring but that's the nature of the job.
