      The ability to work from home is real plus along with being able to work with some extremely knowledgeable people

      Cons

      Management in this company is beyond inept. They don't get along amongst themselves let alone make good decisions for clients OR employees.

      It’s fun and exciting to work for a software company that is a category leader. The company has always been extremely focused on helping our clients win, which is why the company is having success. Vitalware is changing the industry and has a very bright future.

      The fast growth is not for everyone. Things are changing quickly, so if this isn’t your thing, you will be frustrated.
