Very open communication from the Executive Team, creating a great company culture. All employees know how the company is doing, the short-term and long-term forecast. With determination and passion, there is limitless opportunity for advancement, but it doesn't come easy. VitalWare is a work hard, play hard company. VitalWare is very innovative and encourages thinking outside the box. All employee views are considered regardless of role in the company.

Cons

Quite a few employees wear many hats. With the rapid growth of the company however, hiring of new resources is starting to catch up, allowing for job focus.
