Pros

Good co-workers Clients Fairly easy organization to get hired into because they always have open positions.

Cons

Management is horrific. Leaders are clueless and just do busy work to remain relevant or to pad their resume for the new position. Passive-aggressive culture that is facilitated from top-down. Benefits are not great but okay.

Pros

Some exceptional coworkers - fulfilling client work.

Cons

This was one of the most toxic work environments. In my 2.5 months there, 7 people quit. This company has a track record for poor leadership and toxicity. The case management team was a mean-girl, bullying culture. People there will make you feel like they can be trusted, and then they will turn around and betray your trust and stab you in the back. By the way, most of these positive glass door reviews are planted from within the company. Stay away.

Pros

- Flexibility in schedule - Most of the colleagues are wonderful and support the mission

Cons

Management is out of touch. This includes every supervisory position from Directors all the way to the C Suite. They're too focused on expanding instead of fixing the MANY broken existing things. Most employees are overworked, doing the work of multiple people, and far underpaid. They add new executive positions all of the time, many with long titles and no clear understanding of the role. Supervisors are avoidant and struggle with having difficult conversations. And don't even try to get a clear answer on anything... you won't receive it. Turnover is extremely high and often times, there are no new people hired to replace those that leave. This leaves remaining employees with an extra workload.
