I have an awesome schedule, pay is on par with other organizations, super talented and smart co-workers, excellent management and supervision

Small inter office politics. Also the offices in greater Wisconsin, anything outside Milwaukee, will oftentimes not get the attention they need

Pros

The staff are very energetic, and committed to the cause. Benefits are good, and the company is one of the top performers in it's field. Always new projects and initiatives starting, and the CEO is always looking forward. Benefits are good; probably better than average for nonprofits.

Cons

There is considerable burnout as staff are pushed to really produce and work long hours. Managers need some improvement, as many of the issues they face relate back to staff which were not properly managed. This is further complicated by a lack of personnel policies. While they have an HR dept, it is very dysfunctional.
