      Used to be amazing, consistently getting worse

      Pros

      Good perks, good pay if you aren't in the call center, reasonable benefits, Todd and Alex are great leaders.

      Cons

      Layoffs due to poor leadership and decision making, health insurance leaves something to be desired, feels like they are trying to get rid of as many employees as possible using any method they can, stop treating your call center as an after thought or an annoying expense, internally things have changed to be fear based, no transparency, VP's are disorganized and trigger happy.

      They recruit college students and mislead them into thinking it will be a well paying job.

      Pros

      Despite the plot twists, everyone else is very welcoming and friendly. You build character and become prepared for anything that’s thrown at you.

      Cons

      They mislead you entirely when the recruit you. We were told we were going to receive a base pay rate along with commission and travel money to head to assigned region and leave region. When we began working, we were told it was actually commission only and almost had to hitchhike across the country when we didn’t make enough sales a few weeks later. It takes a certain type of person to be successful in a job like this.

      Great cafe, good people, decent benefits and pay.

      Cons

      I worked there for almost 7 years and was laid off with 2 months severance. An honorable and appreciative employer would give 1 month severance for every year of service.
