      Great place to fix bugs

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO was great, cafe in house was awesome, a lot of great people work here and make it very enjoyable to work with them

      Cons

      There is so much Tech debt that developers spend 50% of their time fixing bugs. Since they have a live system developers also spend a good portion of their time doing tech support. Management is expected to be on call from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day and they are very overworked.

      Cons

      Their unrealistic idea that it's okay to have a customer on hold for 40 minutes and the reps are taking back to back calls continuously while getting yelled at for just waiting 40 minutes to speak with us. The equipment is garbage and is always having issues They give you 120 hrs of UTO-but everyone applies so quickly that you have to be one of the first 5 people to apply to get it approved--- 5 months in advance. Their attendance policy is terrible and they will fire you , without even blinking.
