      Pros

      I can't think of one positive thing to say about working for this company outside of the product being neat.

      Cons

      Poor management, management wanted someone that they could talk at and talk down to. As a Store manager I had to work from open to close everyday and taking a day off was frowned upon. No time to yourself. I was micro managed constantly.

      Pros

      Competitive pay. Fast promotions. Flexible with school schedule. Good supervisors, no one will be breathing down your neck. Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Extremely high call volume/work load. High stress. Getting time off is nearly impossible. No sick days. Company has a bad reputation, customers are always angry.

      Good pay Not a ton of hours Good work environment if you have the right team

      Cons

      Dishonest sales reps who lie to customers and then you have to deal with the customer getting angry about something the rep told them. So much wear and tear on your car. Your work depends on a crappy app that will give you problems on every job. I have spent more time on some jobs fixing stuff on the app then I did actually installing the product.
