Used to be a great company. Many helpful coworkers, great clients who care about the work they do, and teams that excel in many places.
Cons
Vizient has become a politically correct boy's club. It is completely understandable to have to go through changes, and most of us embrace changes; however, senior leaders repeatedly instill fear in employees, making the process anything but open and transparent. For instance, they prohibit employees from discussing our roles with anyone. Federal laws protect employees' rights to discuss things such as conditions of employment, YET Vizient openly prohibits that during the company reorg. This action and the way management has handled the process have caused a ton of anxiety, fear, disappointment, and emotional distress among all the colleagues that I know. I would not look for a job at this company now unless there is a significant change in senior leadership.
