The industry has a huge opportunity for leading the healthcare tech space yet leadership chooses to remain archaic
Cons
Unable to hire quality folks due to poor salary range and office mandate. Lots of buzzwords with growth and expanding the tech domain with no tangible movement to take initiative. Compared to last year, there’s a poor culture and employees openly talking about leaving for better opportunities due to culture, pay and RTO. Strict cameras policy during all meetings. While the harsh micromanagement gets deadlines met, there’s no motivation, mentorship or innovation from employees.
