Pros
- The core values (be bold, be accountable, be inclusive, be purposeful) are ingrained into everything we do - and it's evident from the top down. - People come first. Aside from a ton of PTO, all full-time employees are given 5 full paid days to volunteer in their communities. - Leadership listens and responds to the voice of the employees - instituting more wellness resources, connection opportunities and real-time guidance in navigating COVID.
Cons
If you are interested in purely remote work, I think it's worth noting Vizient follows a hybrid approach with time split at-home and in-office. However, the option for full remote is available for many positions and flexibility for work/life is fantastic.
