Pros

Great benefits, pay, and learning atmosphere. Colleagues are amazing and it's like working with your family. I came in right out of college and have been with the company for several years now with no plans of leaving. The company is very flexible - I work in the office part time and at home part time.

Cons

Not really a con - but you have to be a go getter. Also, be prepared to work multiple rolls, it comes with the organization as we continue to grow.

Pros

A great company to work for with a strong vision. It's awesome to have a such a forward thinking health care IT company headquartered in Sarasota, FL. The atmosphere around the office is very positive and includes a good mix of very talented younger employees as well as industry experienced experts. The company culture is a good balance of work hard and have fun doing it. The CEO has a strong grasp of the industry and what it takes to be successful in the long term which is a rarity in health care technology where companies seem come and go very quickly.

Cons

Very fast paced environment. Health care technology is growing at an extremely fast rate as such companies have to be flexible in the short term but have to have a strong long term vision. This environment is not right for everyone.

Pros

Things have "grown up" a little here lately, but it used to be goofy and fun. Nerf gun wars, scooter fly-bys, and group pushups were the norm. It may be more business-like now, but these are some of the best and brightest people I've had the pleasure of working with.

Cons

Growing pains of a start-up, combined ever increasing complexities with the products cause grief all around. Also, it seemed like in an effort to handle the growing workload, they hired more expensive managers. Then they let go of the worker bees when money got tight. I don't think the bees needed more managers, I think we just needed more bees.
