Pros

I cannot sit here and say anything great about this place. Do....not....work....here. It is good if you are desperate and need a job right away. The only pro I can see was the free ice cream? Which I don't get at my new job and I've been losing a lot of weight due to it. So, it's a pro now! They lie about the pay you will get. My recruiter told me about 20k more than what I actually got. I went home crying that day when I found out I was only going to be given $500 for pulling in over 50k in revenue. A normal sales organization would give you a percentage.

Cons

This place was run by not at all experienced managers. They believe in not taking breaks, never accepting your PTO (wasn't able to see my family for the holidays due to it, cause that screams work/life balance), making you tell them why you want time off (legally they can't really do that), wondering why someone could ever take ten minutes over their break time, managing a que so therefore you can never be flexible with your time, constantly listening to made up gossip, firing those that actually performed, meetings of motivational quotes that is a complete waste of time. I can go on and on and on. Don't work here, better companies out there. Heck I would of rather worked as a bartender or a waitress than this place. Worse job I've ever had. Hands down.

Pros

Free food and Good hard working young people

Cons

Long hours for small bonuses An inexperienced sales leader who micro manages and awards only those who work excessive long hours. Expects call volume to be 24/7 Poor training if any- hitting the phones unprepared is standard Commission quota goes up every month so you are punished for achieving Little advancement Unprofessional environment with Sales leaders cussing, etc CEO only focused on enterprise Promise of going public far fetched Don't make friends cuz its revolving door with 50% or more sales reps leaving in a year or usually less. Everyone wants to leave! Product is outdated, support is non existent, many merchants quit Call expectations double the norm in Austin call centers Burnout job Don't go to competition or they sue Don't take vacation, frowned upon weekend work encouraged
