Pros

Fun Company. It is a fast-paced, quick moving sales environment, and not everyone is successful. You really have to take advantage of every conversation. That being said, you can be very successful with skill, determination and efficiency. You have the opportunity to speak to business owners in every stage of progress - garage entrepreneurs to C-Level decision makers in large companies. There's been a recent change in leadership on the sales floor and the new director is extremely people-focused. If you're willing to invest the time and effort it takes to be successful you have the opportunity to carve out a career path in a variety of different roles, at a company that is growing exponentially. I've been a top performer since I arrived, and I rarely work more than 40 hours a week. I also routinely win great prizes in sales contests - including a $500 Southwest Airlines giftcard. I have plenty of PTO to take advantage of it.

Cons

Sales is very fast-paced. You have to always be on the top of your game, and efficiency and organization is a priority. Some things that are out of your control will affect your sales time, and you have to power through and stay focused. Some people have no idea what it takes to start a business, and a free trial is very easy to sign up for.

Pros

Many "perks" in the way of food, drink, activities, games, etc.

Cons

With all the "cool workplace perks" and "best workplace awards" you would think it would have been a much better place to work. The truth is upper management is really young and inexperienced and are in serious need of leadership training. I would have loved if my manager took more interest in my position. Interestingly enough, they were very surprised when I resigned.
