Vori is filled with a diverse group of people with a common goals of growing both personally and with the company. You can tell that people really want the company to succeed and care about the mission. Everyone that I have worked with so far seems to also care about each others' wellbeing. When someone needs help, people are quick to step up to provide guidance or an extra hand. My direct manager has been a great guide for me so far and goes out of her way to provide helpful feedback and seems to genuinely care about my career growth. I am very excited for where this company is headed and the possibility of helping many people to become healthier with our services.

Vori is my Ikagai. I’ve been working at numerous agencies, boutique firms, tech startups in the Bay Area, and there is no place where I’ve been able to contribute in so many ways. It truly has been such a satisfying time. The design team is lean and mean and each person has immeasurable talent and encompass a diverse skill set and works so closely together that you can learn new things through your peers through tight knit project teams. The chief design leader has an expansive skill set and vast experience in product, marketing, and is a do’er that doesn’t hover over work or operate at an unreachable distance. We have a lot of fun when we work due to the types of projects that rotate around the mission to create an engaging, exceptional product experience. People and colleagues just keep coming back for more each day without fatigue! I’ve found my tribe and hopefully can continue to keep cracking the code of delightful healthcare experiences.
