Pros

- Amazing team that truly cares about changing a broken health system! - Leadership truly cares about you as a person. They want you to be successful personally and professionally. This is a complete 180 from previous start-up experience. - Everyone has a voice. No matter what "titles" are in a meeting, everyone opinion can be shared and is respected.

Cons

- Being based on the east coast sometimes leads to later days with most of the company being on the west coast

Pros

As cliche as it sounds, the biggest pro of Vori Health is the people. Things move quickly around here and it can be stressful at times, but the people here will support you and keep you grounded. Everyone here is so talented, thoughtful, passionate, and hilarious – there's never a dull day.

Cons

Again, because this is a young, rapidly growing startup – things move fast and there will be tons of projects. However, this means that there's plenty of opportunity to lean in, contribute, and make a positive impact in the healthcare space.

Pros

Great benefits and career growth opportunities! A culture like Vori is hard to find. I have made great relationships and I find my work very fulfilling. I love being apart of Vori's Diversity, Equity, and Belonging council- it is great that such a small organization values DE&B.

Cons

Vori is a start-up, so you have to be flexible and willing to pitch in where needed.
