It's amusing to see all of these 5 star ratings because never have I EVER been treated so unjustly- Just wait people. The leadership team including the team leads, will lie to your face and stab you in the back. They preach "psychological safety (ha)", "work/life balance (haha)", and "we are a family"(baaaahahaha) - but the moment you speak up for yourself or say something they don't like, you're gone. But before they off you, they will work you to mental exhaustion, take all that they can get from you without paying you more, set unrealistic expectations, play favorites, and make your "unlimited PTO" beyond limited. So many tech issues every single day which made a remote job, based on tech, beyond frustrating. For a company and "leaders" that says they want to change healthcare and put people first, maybe they should start with their employees.... for instance, calling them by their correct names and remembering that people have lives outside of work. This was an experience I will never forget.

Over a period of 3.5 months, the product team experienced five departures, all women, due to an underlying product people-leader problem. During the interview, the role was positioned as a senior leadership team member who would quickly hire to grow a new internal capability. However, within the second week of employment, while still navigating onboarding steps, I was told that I “needed to show my worth.” Without consultation, my role shifted from being a strategic partner with strategy, marketing, and clinical to supporting daily engineering Agile meetings to push forward basic product functionality. Unfortunately, the product leader retaliated to my concerns about the significant discrepancy in how the role was positioned when I accepted the offer and the autonomy and time required to build a new discipline and termed the role.
