Having worked in a hospital for most of my career, Vori is such a breath of fresh air. All clinicians are encouraged to bring their ideas to the forefront. Our care team model allows us to put the patient first and deliver a more personalized approach to medicine. It is great to be able to collaborate with Health Coaches, Physicians, APPs and Physical Therapists all as part of one team. The work we do each day is rewarding and for the first time in my career I feel truly fulfilled and that my voice matters. Great clinical & cross-functional teams; great leadership.

When joining Vori the culture of teamwork is something you notice right away. The mission of the company is great. We are helping our patients/members get back to the lives they want to lead. That alone gets you motivated to want to work hard, but seeing your co-workers all care about helping to build the business to help more people is pretty inspiring. I would strongly recommend to anyone.
