Pros
I feel thankful every day to work at Vori. Clinicians are respected at this fast-moving start-up, and our feedback is taken seriously by senior management. We have a daily huddle with the CMO who always has an open line of communication. There is a lot of interdisciplinary work going on - ie tech team asking for clinical team feedback on updates, quality improvement projects across HC/PT/MD/APP groups, etc. Clinician colleagues have growth mindset and step up for special projects. Great work-life balance. The patient facing work here feels good. We reach patients where they are - whether they can't get out of their house, live in a rural area, or work in busy jobs - and its rewarding to see how they get better with a team approach to care.
Cons
New partnerships always being added makes nuances hard to keep up with at times. Less reimbursement for CME/conferences than I would like.
