The owner has a big heart and he cares about his people. Wholesome work environment where you can make lifelong friendships both with co-workers and customers. Understanding and patient with their employees as they learn and grow. Industry leader - if they can't stand behind it, they don't do it. The owner is personally involved in and experienced in the business. Is honest and has integrity, which is know among the lighting industry.
