Pros

Most of the people are nice and fun to be around, the pay is okay, the hours are alright, hrly employees get paid weekly

Cons

If you have an idea, don't express it, company does not like or accept change, they prefer if you have a thought or idea to help with function and processes to keep quiet. If you have previous experience with a distributer or oem you will find the processes here pretty messed up and don't make alot of sense. Frustrating to people that are efficient and very experienced in the industry. No future unless you are in the "click" or related to someone. If you just want to go to work and do a good job and be respected, this is not the place

Pros

Good pay, nice time off, in class training and online training available weekends off

Cons

You will be stuck on nights or 3rd shift for a good while even after years of service. Seniority means nothing. New employees are thrown in the mix with no real direction and left to sink or swim

Pros

Amazing family work environment, positive and supportive. Great work/life balance. Company paid training and unlimited career advancement opportunity. Industry leading compensations packages! Employee's have a voice, feedback both positive and negative are listened to and taken into consideration during the continued decision making process.

Cons

Not for the "rolling stone" or "job hopper" Great company culture, compensation and advancement opportunities tends to draw in long-term career minded professionals.
