      Pros

      They give you off when you want to but vacation. Use it or lose it isn't good.

      Cons

      When you talk to management they let it go in one ear out the other, can't make decision goes right to corporate office. Very Unorganized, too many chiefs sit around do nothing..

      Pros

      There is a great family atmosphere within the location your working in. The company does do a great job allowing people to take time when needed and the vacation policy isnt the worst I have seen.

      Cons

      Corporate management is completely disconnected from the rest of the company. The vacation policy "use it or loose it". Pay raises and even reviews can be very irregular to non-existant.

      If you do your job you will get paid a decent wage You can get off when you need to Holidays off Shop supervisors are good

      Cons

      Columbus,OH & Atlanta,GA management are the ones who don't listen If your name ain't WILLIAMS they don't won't to hear it Ins is worst I have ever seen the company makes money off of it They use some new process that has lost them money YEARLY and blames techs when it's there process that they won't admit it failed Birmingham is a great branch to work for sometimes it's a sweat shop
