There are no pros to working here.

Cons

Management is horrible, they don’t have a clue to what they are doing. The rules and regulations they are implementing are ridiculous. Used to feel like a member of a team, but then felt like I wasn’t a human being and just a number. This place is awful.

Nice waterfront view while at work

Upper management preaches safety constantly here but seems to be unwilling to make improvements or repairs create a safe work environment. As a department we were dealing with a faulty conveyor that was making a mess for months. Someone gets hurt and all the sudden there's contracted help to clean up and repairs are made. Obviously safety is only their concern if it effects their bonuses. Management makes claims that there's all kinds of improvements being made but the work environment remains miserable.
