I have worked some dysfunctional small accounting departments. That’s manageable. the level of dysfunction for the large size of this company and the stakes involved , with how widespread their reach is growing , is straight up scary. I have had three recruiters/professionals in the area warn me to not work there because only they want young naive workhorses and can’t get their act together , and I wish I had listened. They have a terrible reputation for a reason. I quit after 5 months or so it was so bad. I have never worked in a dumber accounting department.
