you get paid, its a job that hires pretty much anyone and everyone.
Cons
just horrible. I loathed going to work everyday but needed a job. a job for when you are between jobs but that is it. management knows their is a high turnover rate and you can see it in the way they treat employees. Some of the supervisors even hired friends just so they could work with them on the best jobs/crews while other hard workers had to take what they could get. Very boring work, be ready for a lot of back/neck pain and the pay is not equal to the amount of work/physical activity bending and stooping and walking around stores the job requires.little to no training, they throw you on the floor of various jobs then you are expected to just ask questions/trained by other workers but depending on the job/worker you could get information from one person to be told it is totally wrong another day. Also a lot of payroll issues, they do not give out paystubs which is a big issue for anyone who gets foodstamps/has to report their work to a social services agency, their is at this moment a lawsuit against them by multiple employees for payroll reasons. Their motto is, if they can get away with it, then they will try!
