Pros

Good company to work for. The benefits aren’t bad especially the 401k & education benefits. A little more lenient than other customer service jobs

Cons

Customer service job is extremely stressful due to the constant moving of the goal post, lack of training, extreme micromanagement and constant changing policies.

not much support from leaders. would ask a question and the lead would call me then proceed to ask other leads, keeping customers on hold too long. customer asked for a supervisor, and the supervisor said "I'm going to tell them the same thing you said, so don't even bother transferring them to me."
