Pros

Weekly Paycheck; $5 Prescriptions if you go to Walmart. M-F schedule. Weekends Off. Cafe & Gym on-site. Great co-workers. Career path available. Easiest call center job in the world. Great north Phoenix location. Parking garage. One hour lunch breaks available. No micro-managing for the most part. WM is nearly nationwide so there are many opportunities to move around. Call center is not for everybody but I promise this is the easiest one you will work at.

Cons

Very low salary to start $13.50 per hour but if you have experience you can negotiate I did and I received a higher wage. The medical plan deductible is $1,600 and that is per dependent if you have a family plan. The turn over rate here is ridiculous and they literally do nothing to try and stem it. The supervisors are overwhelmed and actually don't really care at least in my department until corporate comes in and then the supervisors want to start doing their jobs. The twelve week training is a joke and waste of time only because of the way they implement it. The job itself is easy my 11 year old could do it the problem is management never do what they say they are going to do. Broken promises. All lies. They just fall back on that there is always change at Waste Management but they throw that around so much that its literally just an excuse for them now. HR on-site in my experience is slow to respond but who knows maybe they are swamped with employee complaints and other needs.

Pros

Excellent benefits, including great 401k.

Cons

Poor upper management. Theg like to put fall guys up front. Everyone trying to claw gouge and kick each other to get to the top. I believe if they spent more time managing then fighting each other they would be far more profitable.

Pros

·Same schedule ·Low employee contribution to insurance ·Gym & cafe ·Employee referral bonus ·Commissioned positions Overall I am a lt employee and happy with my position. Work is repetitious & becomes easy as time goes on. Referral bonuses for bringing a new employee in is $500. Clean facility. Small but nice gym. Cafe is bland and overpriced. Switch up the menu more! You take a variety of inbound calls setting up, cancelling accounts. Explaining billing. Reviewing service errors.

Cons

Starting pay for everything customer service entails is low in my opinion. Thirteen & change to begin. Low annual raises. I'm talking less than .50 cents a year increase. Residential reps do not earn commission whereas Commercial reps do. That coupled with low raises is a reason to move on from residential once you are able to. There is no confidentiality. NONE. Not in HR. Not in management. So it's best to mind your business. Work can be demanding. Middle of the month is always busy as billing processes.
