I can’t think of any aside from getting pair every week.

Cons

Micromanagement , B2B calls, Can’t request Monday or Friday’s off. They treat employees like robots and kids. The pay is not worth the headache. No work life balance.

Pros

Provided warm leads, amazing training, very achievable sales goals and KPIs Decent pay and great benefits. This company is very lucrative and they do give back to their employees.

Cons

There was not a lot of opportunity to grow or change to more lucrative departments/roles, which is why I left. A lot of office politics
