This company has a lot of cons. For starters the leads are incompetent and display extreme levels of favoritism. The upper management of the Customer Experience don't pay people their worth of they do not have it in the "budget". Shady backend policy changes that can result in job abandonment if you leave the property on your 15 minute break. Leads don't help as much as often and they don't have an adsist line. Training courses have been shortened to accommodate for lack of reps on the on the phones.

Micromanagement and drowning PMs with incessant bovine scatology. Have to constantly justify job and existence by filling out redundant spreadsheets....progress trackers , etc. Management does not stand up to Big 3 customers...all about the $$$$$$$$. Corporate has a habit of setting your financial goals for you and will castrate you if you don't meet them. PM is supposed to save customer $$$$$. How is that possible when the EBIT is inflated more than the last year? If offered a job as PM, don't do it! If you are masochistic and enjoy being underpaid and living to impossible Big 3 standards, go for it. Otherwise, RUN FAST!
